      Work life balance. Benefits Free food and drink sometimes

      Cons

      Not good pay You have to be in good side of few guys to be promoted. There are some guys who barely work but are promoted and highly thought of because they are friends with those few guys. There is no stability.

      Alot of growth and opportunity in the company. Great work life balance. Hybrid work arrangement options available. Lots of in office amenities
