6yHello! We deeply appreciate your feedback, because it pushes us to do better. Our employees are encouraged to provide feedback through surveys, frequent check-ins and meetings with leaders. After all, we get our best ideas from our people. Based on employee feedback, we recently introduced a work-from-home policy and improved our personal day offerings to further ensure work-life balance.
We are proud to have one of the most skilled Engineering teams in the Midwest. Because of our engineers, we’re able to improve our platform at an astronomical rate. But with every improvement comes the possibility of a bug that negatively impacts our customers. Our bug impact has decreased significantly over the past two years, all thanks to the Triage team. This dedicated team also gives entry-level developers the opportunity to grow their skills during their three month rotation.
Buildertrend is not a place where you have to wait your turn to advance. In the past 18 months, 38% of employees have earned promotions in the Engineering division. As one of the fastest-growing companies in Omaha, new positions, roles and opportunities are constantly being created.
