Cons

The top brass think they know everything. No respect for anyone at any level. The company is unethical, demanding and never have their act together. If you are from "their country" you might have a chance. If not, don't bother.

Disorganized and a Lack of Communication

Pros

Getting to work with kids is always a pro, and my kids were always ready to learn and have fun

Cons

There was a serious lack of communication from day one. Oftentimes the director was not on site to handle any important issues that came up. Work environment was stressful and unsupportive.
