Pros

The other teachers are amazing and are always ready to help out! If I have an idea for the center it is listened to and implemented. The owner buys us lunch and treats all the time! We have a great account manager that is always helping us out! I look forward to coming to work and feel like we are all a family!

Pros

Lots of opportunity for growth. Provides teacher trainings days twice a year. Monthly staff appreciation/lunches from upper management or the parents. And my co-teachers!

Pros

I have experienced 9 years of working with Building Kidz. I have consistently grown with the company and learned so much with the opportunities offered to me. With the support in my education I have become more knowledgeable in the industry and can preform better thanks to Building Kidz. I have experienced coworkers becoming a part of my family and I would not train this experience for the world!
