Pros
The most genuine group of people I've ever worked with. The work is difficult and demanding, and people push each other to excel, but they also care for one another. I've had multiple people work to ensure I'm advancing my career, and ask if I'm doing well outside of work.
Free snacks, coffee, and soft drinks every day of the week. People always bring in baked goods they or their family has made. Free lunch every Friday provided by the company.
Great interaction between departments. Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Implementations, Finance, etc. I would consider myself having good relationships and friends in all of them.
Cons
Built is a company that's growing rapidly. Your workload is more than a normal job and the timeline is more demanding. You are often required to problem solve and work through issues without a clear solution. If you are uncomfortable with challenging work, Built is not the place for you.
