Pros

- Good amount of PTO - People are willing to help you in your role

Cons

- Micromanagement, unrealistic expectations without listening to employee's feelings about the neverending changes being made to the system. - No career growth, jobs are stagnant, with other roles opening every year (if that). - Upskilling or opportunities to have time to learn a new skill is not given to employees. - Robotic, repetitive work.

Appreciate you taking a few minutes to share this. Megan, Sarah and myself recently spent time with PSAs in the US and London doing day long focus groups and unfortunately, we have made a number of missteps in our support evolution. None of them had bad intent, but the outcomes have had a negative impact our our valued employees. We are deep in work to fix any acute pain we can ASAP, with our eyes on mitigating the impact for some of our longer term initiatives. We will be working closely WITH our employees on a go forward basis to find a sweet spot where our employees can bring their best work to give our customers an incredible experience. We are dedicated to getting there, and I do hope you'll stick around to see it through. Happy to chat any time if you want to grab some time on my calendar!! - Kelley Morse, CPO

Pros

Despite a lot of recent (and understandable!) unhappiness around layoffs, this is a sad reality of the tech space as a whole, we’re far from the first company to go through this. We shouldn’t understate what individuals are going through as a result of layoffs and it’s hard not to take them personally but at the end of the day it’s a business decision. Overall I truly believe that Bullhorn cares about its employees and wants us all to succeed but it’s up to senior leadership to prove that going forward.

Cons

Salaries feel stagnant. Bullhorn aims to be the best in class but then settles for “market average” salaries, seems like mixed messaging. Opportunities for promotion are there but not at the wide scale prevalence that we’re led to believe.
