Bullhorn is an organization that truly cares about their employees! It is also an organization that embodies the importance and value in their Core Values. I have never been part of an organization that believes in the Mission and Core Values (from employees including leadership) which I get to experience in my role everyday. It is hands down one of the best personal career decisions I have made. I love being part of a team where I feel empowered, have a voice that is heard, can make such an impact, and have amazing leadership that supports me and believes in me. Bullhorn provides a culture of inclusivity, diversity, growth opportunities, leadership transparency and lives through the Core Values and Mission of the company. Bullhorn also provides an excellent benefit package which includes so many different benefits to choose from! The benefit offerings are diverse, comprehensive, high-quality, low cost options where you get to select the best options that suit your personal needs. The benefit package is competitive and truly is a best-in-class offering as a whole! I’ve been so fortunate to be part of the Bullhorn journey over the last 3 years and I don’t take that for granted.
