Pros

The company's historic growth - and future growth - will continue to create opportunity for those that can rise to the challenge and are proactive in delivering value. It's not a culture for people that live in a reactive state, waiting to be handed a clear cut path or solution without having to think on their own - which is something I appreciate and have benefited from over the years.

Cons

The pace isn't for everyone, and if you can't keep up, your day-to-day will be challenging. This could be perceived as a pro or a con, but the range of Bullhorn's product suite is always growing so it can be difficult to get a full handle on all offerings. I've seen people thrive with a product suite that is considered robust, and others feel overwhelmed by it and wish they only had to learn one product to sell.

This is such an honest review, thank you for taking the time to write it. Noted on the development front - will continue to keep the focus on performance management as a whole as we have done this year. Rising tides will lift all boats, and that's a win for all. Pros

Despite a lot of recent (and understandable!) unhappiness around layoffs, this is a sad reality of the tech space as a whole, we’re far from the first company to go through this. We shouldn’t understate what individuals are going through as a result of layoffs and it’s hard not to take them personally but at the end of the day it’s a business decision. Overall I truly believe that Bullhorn cares about its employees and wants us all to succeed but it’s up to senior leadership to prove that going forward.

Cons

Salaries feel stagnant. Bullhorn aims to be the best in class but then settles for “market average” salaries, seems like mixed messaging. Opportunities for promotion are there but not at the wide scale prevalence that we’re led to believe.
