Cool colleagues, mired by poor leadership and management

Pros

- Smart folks work here - Great benefits (for now at least) - Flexible work culture in the US - You'll learn a lot about exchanges - Hybrid/remote culture was cool

Cons

- Lack of transparency from leadership (ironic, as it's one of the core tenets) - Siloed culture that has not changed, leading to folks staying in their lanes without being able to think holistically - Work is very much driven by the product team - No clarity on career growth - CEO believes working remotely is unproductive and wants everyone in NYC

Pros

You will work with some of the smartest people you've ever worked with. Competitive pay. Cutting edge technology.

Cons

Constantly changing, whether on the tech front, company direction or structure. Things can change overnight with where entire departments or teams can be laid off. The company is very HK focused, so expect a lot of early morning and late night calls.
