-Unlimited PTO is respected. -Fully remote.

Cons

-Be warned, most of the 5-star reviews on here are from the campus ambassadors who get paid scary amounts to throw events at their college. -No opportunity to get a raise or promotion, reviews/career growth are not taken seriously. -If your interview process was terrible here but you're trying to look past it- it's the same working here, trust your gut.

Working from home. That is it.

Cons

1.- underpaid 2.- overworked 3.- no Diversity at all, no master how much they advocate Diversity all LATAM comms feature white and beauty standard people basically lot of racism and classism towards users. 4.- managers are rude and overwork their colleagues. 5.- goals are just unchievable, reg goals and Mau goals are so high there is no possible way of getting them 6.- micromanagement levels out of this World. It used to be more liberal but now It feel like leadership must see every thing. 7.- clearly understaffed, specially in international markets. 8.- no training at all they expect you know it all beforehand and deliver results out of the blue. 9.- not transparent. Very secretive and sketchy.

I love what I am doing for the company and am passionate about the difference I'm making.

Cons

Badoo's finance and HR team are beyond inconsiderate. They are never on time with anything and take months to respond to emails regardless of numerous follow-ups a week. Which makes me believe that they are used to sweeping issues under the rug and are unable to actively work towards finding solutions for their people.
