Our ambassador program is one of the things that makes Bumble so special and we try to share this appreciation through feedback sessions and weekly calls, along with perks, trips, and program-wide shout outs. As contractors, all participants are given the exact run dates of their contracts and we work closely alongside our ambassador teams to ensure expectations are met during their time with us. If it may not be a match after we start working together, we always have an open conversation to find the best path forward. When it is a strong match, we are able to hire ambassadors as employees, including 2 in the US, 1 in Canada, 2 in the UK, 1 in the Netherlands and 1 in India. As much as we’d like to, we cannot not hire everyone. That’d be thousands of new employees every year! Our field marketing team stays connected to ambassadors for future opportunities both as employees or for other contract roles in our Queen Bee post-graduate program.
One of our company values is growth, which means that scaling our ambassador program across college campuses (and the world!) is pivotal to us achieving our vision of ending misogyny globally. By reaching new communities, we have been able to bring different backgrounds and perspectives into our Hive. We are committed to diverse and inclusive practices in our ambassador program as we are in our workplace and on our app.
