Amazing coworkers, hardworking, some of the smartest people in the industry.

Cons

Poor leadership has sunk the company into the ground. With many of the Sr leaders leaving the destruction with millions in their pockets and letting their most successful IP die.

The people are what made working at Bungie amazing, a lot of very smart & talented people.

Cons

A massive talent drain over the past three rounds of layoffs. Lots of fumbled bets by past leadership that lasted long after they left. The benefits used to be stellar but got reduced year over year after Sony acquisition due to 'belt tightening' & aligning to Sonys benefits. Future is very questionable for the studio.
