      Pros

      BUNZL as a whole is a good company. Provides good training ans compensation.

      Cons

      Certain high management individuals give the company a bad name. Certain GM's (Colfax, NC)believe that they are god, do not respect anyone below their pay grade. Certain individual refers to his employees as "Monkeys". He has caused a sales manager with 17 years with the company to move on to another company, he has released a Warehouse manager because his ego could not allow him to understand that he knew nothing about logistics. In order to maintain some type of order he has re-hired certain individuals the he himself fired. Word is out and no inr wants to work for this individual.

      You'll be treated like a red headed step child if you ever voice a concern about workload or God forbid, ask for help!

      Pros

      The day I gave my notice was the happiest day of my life. I was tormented for over two years. Customer Service Rep. Overworked and UNDER APPRECIATED!

      Cons

      Let me start by saying, RUN.. IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION AS FAST AS YOU CAN! If you don't, and I guarantee you'll regret accepting a job at Bunzl! I was a Customer Service Representative and once I got cross ways with my Supervisor, there was no coming back. She treated me with disregard from that point on and no matter how hard I worked and how much the customers liked me, it never mattered again and she took out her passive aggressive dislike for me on my Performance Review. Please, do yourself a HUGE FAVOR, and scratch Bunzl Distribution off your list. There are other Real Opportunities out there!

      Pros

      The only pro I can think of is that there are great people. If I didn't like my co-workers I would have left a long time ago.

      Cons

      Bunzl continues to add other businesses into their portfolio and the result is receiving more work for the same pay. Working O/T and weekends isn't enough to keep your head above water. More customers are being taken on but no new associates are brought in, not even to replace those leaving.
