I am not sure how this company is still alive with the constant change and lack of organization this company has. There is no room for advancement in your career here. While working here, I pursued and graduated with my B.B.A. in hopes of that helping my career growth within the company. Unfortunately, that only received a less than $2 increase in pay. After my resignation, the entire CSR team went through drastic changes resulting in the continuance of the lack of structure in management of the entire company.
