Too many drops on long distance runs Warehouse in complete meltdown Vehicles knowingly sent out overweight Management will always back each other up - even when they're wrong More interested in compliance than getting the job done Telesales treat customers with utter contempt Any employee that gets their hands dirty i.e. warehouse or drivers are regarded as scum. Never worked for a more profit driven company - yes, profit is important - but so is employee happiness & customer relations - & you wonder why you have such a huge turnover of staff !
