      Pros

      excellent Pay for the career field and health benefits, very easy work if you can look past the micromanaging and lying of management.

      Cons

      If you want to be overworked with very little help and favortism to people that have been there over 15 years, lied to on a daily bases, treated as if you was a moron, told with out saying if you don't like your job there is the door on a daily basis, then this is your job. i have worked in this career field for more than 20 years including 4 in the military. And this is the worst place i can say i have ever worked

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule. Some work from home. New laptop every 2+ years. Used my own cell phone and received an allowance for it.

      Cons

      Executive staff does what is good for them. Company preaches people are their biggest asset yet they constantly reorganize and let long time employees go. Branches will consolidate and 20+ year people are let go. The corporate office has trimmed people more than once, but they claim to never have a layoff. That statement is true they just fire you! Corporate office is not responsive to branches needs. The company runs way understaffed and weekend work is the norm not the exception. Your expected to take your laptop and cell phone on vacation and check in daily. I personally have lost entire vacation days due to required work.
