Pros
The camraderie/family feeling of the employees. Because the company runs lean and mean, the employees have to work closely together which results in great learning experiences that you probably wouldn't get anywhere else.
Cons
Limited growth opportunities since the company is very lean. Sometimes being so lean means that the employees have to work too many hours to get the job done which results in easy burnout.
