Pros

Decent pension, good people working there (but most want out). Branch manager is decent but his hand is forced from above. Holidays fair in comparison with others.

Cons

Heavy demanding work loads. Unrealistic expectations from the transport manager. No payment for overtime worked. Poor salary for the level of work/ hours. Obsession with new gimmicks like green road and telematics, let the drivers get on with the job!

Great Company to work at. Good enviroment and great place to make good friends as well.

the salary policie was not the best ever. they could have done a better job on that.
