It is a paying job.

Cons

9 am to 8 PM during "peak season". Five people have quit this week and many more in just the last month. Management makes no changes and expects you to pick up all of the work that's left when people quit. They don't care about the turnover. They keep temps working for a year but hire other people on directly.

Decent pay, benefits are average, plenty of job stability

Cons

Management in my branch are a bunch of semi-talented "lifers" hired by Bunzl because they could be shaped in the Bunzl image. The corporation will sacrifice some managerial capability to ensure compliance to their agenda. Bunzl is the best company they've ever worked for, and this is the best job they've ever had. Zero chance for career growth. Yearly salary increases are way below average. The environment has ZERO collaboration. They could care less about your opinion. Employees are servants and no a resource.

Their benefits were good. Was able to learn more about the local food industry in this area which helped me when I landed my current job.

Cons

Poor management at all levels. In my particular office the office manager was a micromanager. Would listen in to all my customer service calls and would always make a negative comment. There was no pleasing her. Was never good enough. She made life at work so discouraging that I quit after 7 months.
