Pros
- the corporate office is definitely very well coordinated and also employee oriented. There are many benefits of working at the store such as how it provides staff employee discounts that is better than its competitors such as Gucci and LV. - The company also offers various incentives for the retail stores to perform well. - The company is also well communicated and has a greater internal corporate social media platform
Cons
- in terms of my stores management i believe that they don't offer much opportunities for advancement - working at the corporate organization does not offer much of a down side working here.
