      Pros

      Tremendous amount of staff support. Offers extensive training as well as a surprising amount of international work opportunities. Shippers like me are often flown into other cities to help out with special projects such as inventory transfers, store opening/renovation move, etc.

      Cons

      Limited career opportunities. Internal staff have no better shot at getting a new opening than an outsider, in my opinion. Higher level management are often hired from outside.

      Pros

      50% discount for a limited time twice a year. Meeting interesting people sometimes. Seeing clothes of the new season before they are released to the public. Working in a luxury field.

      Cons

      Horrible experience while working there. Worked in a leadership position but was never treated with respect by anyone in my store or the nearby flagship. Everyone always talked about how long they've worked at their store and seniority means everything, whatever I said didn't mattered. Everyone except managers work on commission, and you are held accountable even though the country is going through a recession and no one wants to buy $400 scarfs. Sales associates troll around the store looking for customers and are total SHARKS, they will steal a sale from you and yell at you later for trying to take it from them. You have extremely low pay checks because of the low commission. Long hours of standing on your feet, shifts are 9am-6pm or 12pm-9pm.

      Long hours Some employees are very backstabbing and will throw you under the bus at any given opportunity.
