Pros

The owner just had a new restaurant built. $8.50 an hour right off the bat was nice with 3 years experience in fast food. A manager named Lynn Myers was fantastic with customers.

Cons

Constantly switching managers. This Burger King had absolutely No "team-work." The manager didn't have reliable people that would show up for work. Then of they fired that unreliable person, they then later just brought the person back.

Pros

Company is based in Miami. Bonus structure.

Cons

It's a 3G family mentality. They promote and protect their own. If you're aren't 3G or Brazilian, you aren't going anywhere.
