Pros

you get payed weekly and you determine your performance

Cons

you have to do basically everything only people who have it easy is the cooks but if your front counter you have to expedite(bag the orders), clean, greet, and do drive thru sometimes while expediting for yourself all in a timely matter which is usually under 2 minutes... its really hard.

Pros

Trained well in 1991, taught me great work ethic, and pride in what I was doing. Be built sales on what we were doing and that pride was instilled in us.

Cons

Trying to be Mcdonalds. No support from corp. Bad pay unless you want to work shorthanded 50 hours a week on salary. Open too late. Horrible maintanance. Horrible planning on new products.
