Pros

Good place to learn about fast food industry, customer service and restuarent managment if you wish the career in food service.

Cons

need to work double times the pay they give you, not provided proper training for the employees. No one follow the rules untill & unless some sort of inspection goes on.

Pros

Excellent place to learn various skills from customer service to coping with high stress situations. Excellent manager training program. Opportunity to gain great experience in a fast paced environment.

Cons

Can be stressful and unpleasant when dealing with irate customers. Upper management unlikely to defend employees regardless of situation.
