Management Nightmare

Pros

The account, web and design teams have some amazing and overworked folks on them. They made the time there better.

Cons

The turnover is obscene. Management is a nightmare. There are people in positions that don't belong there at all. Most of the staff is severely underpaid and leadership is either oblivious or chooses to ignore it. Personal projects will push aside paying client work. Very questionable business ethics and behavior. The agency has been renamed to BRK Global Marketing and currently doesn't have a Glassdoor account.

Nice colleagues, plenty of projects, but...

Pros

People working there are nice, considerate and most of them know what they are doing. Work space is ok. You can get plenty of projects to work on.

Cons

Projects tend to be similar type, repeating. Not looking for change or innovation. Management doesn't care about personal career development.
