Pros

Like once every 2 months employees get %20 off entire purchase, that's about the only cool thing, otherwise there are no perks.

Cons

I found retail very boring, there's just not much to do. It's kind of fun to browse merchandise but its not very challenging the pay is very little.

Pros

They do give you flexibility in your schedule allowing you to work the hours you can with no complaints. They also have a variety of things you can do once employed there. You will always be busy.

Cons

They often expect you to be able to complete 30 things in an hour. Don't expect a high raise. It is a very stressful environment so if you arn't used to merchandise all over the floor be warned! Also corprate comes up with many bright ideas that are often more hindering to it's associates than helpful.

Pros

-Family Discount was great. -Offer some incentives for non salary employees.

Cons

-Very little training. -Senior Management wasn't open to hearing others, and not willing to enforce rules. -Favoritism was common. -Wasn't great at giving constructive cristisism, and was hard to praise when it was deserved. -Very high expectations but wasn't able to provide the necessary tools needed to complete excessive amount of work. -Some management wasn't able to practice what they preach, making it very hard to maintain company morale. -Micromanaging. -Dished out hours only to take them away.
