Pros
Burton is in a beautiful area (Burlington), the benefits and coworkers are great. Work environment is relaxed. Overall they invest well in the women of the company through women's leadership programs and mentoring (thanks to Jake and Donna). Working within product you get to travel a decent amount, interacting with great sales teams abroad. Its a great way to see the world.
Cons
Limited or slow growth opportunities, within an overall unstable industry (snow). It is the snowboard industry, but overall Burton lacks a higher level of professionalism as you age in your career. They tend to promote from within, which is great for taking in younger workers, but doesn't provide the higher level of skills needed to do the job.
