Some nice people work there and some of the employees know their jobs well. unfortunately they usually do not stay

Cons

Lots of young people who do not have the job skills for their jobs but are good at partying and that is what it is all about at Burton

Very good benefits (resort pass, dogs at work, fitness reimbursement). Renewed focus on company culture and talent recruitment may help shake off poor morale, high turnover and loss of organizational momentum.

Cons

Politics keep incompetent senior management in place (like forever) and damage the brand and business. Nevertheless, brand continues to succeed.
