Pros
Dogs in office, great employees, some fantastic managers (very hit or miss there).
Cons
Well below market pay, career ladder is LONG, compensation advancement is capped, the ‘culture’ isn’t all that it’s chalked up to be, work/performance expectations aren’t enforced across the board. Burton relies on a great group of employees who are passionate about snowboarding and the outdoors to be okay with being perpetually underpaid for the stellar work that they do. Spoken company values and culture don’t necessarily line up with the company’s actions.
