- Focus is on growth of the size of the bank and not on employees or customers - Bank desires to grow via acquisition and will terminate most employees of any acquired bank - Will eliminate staff to the point not enough people are there for clients - No focus on organic growth - Has some spectacularly terrible people in management roles
