      Pros

      Great company with a terrific culture. Growing organization which offers a rewarding challenge to folks who are looking to contribute. 150 Yr old organization which still feels young at heart and optimistic about where the company can go. Sr. Management accessible and willing to hear where there is room for improvement and will act on it. Great group of people who deeply care about the 4 pillars (Associates, Customers, Share Holders, Community) of the company, it is not just lip service.

      Great place to work for! Good benefits and great people to work with. Company genuinely works hard to meet the needs of its four pillars: Associates, Shareholders, Customers, and Community

      Cons

      The diversity of it's employees dwindles the higher up the corporate ladder you go. This is probably the same for most large corporations.
