      Pros

      Opportunities for movement through and up the company. Hard work is rewarded. Intelligence is recognized. Top performers are properly compensated. Consistent pay growth. Most benefits are pretty good.

      Cons

      Many initiatives don’t support all associates. Many initiatives die very quickly. Culture is inconsistent throughout the company. Base pay is low. Health care is mediocre.

      Seemed to be organized and professional.

      Cons

      There is a sickness moving through Busey. A great deal of initiatives are useful, but are not take to heart by middle management. Change is made for change's sake rather than meaningful impact. I would not work at Busey again, not even if they Promise anything. In my experience the promises they make are seldom actioned.
