Pros

Community minded, customer focused. Was able to Manage my Financial Center like it was my business.

Cons

Pay scale was very much below standards in the area. Insurance was so expensive also not in line with other Banks, especially those with families. Very unaffordable.

-because I worked with many other young college students, the turn over rate was rather high

Pros

Busey leadership is strong, and they are always on the leading edge of new developments. The people that work there are great and there is always a positive atmosphere. Busey is involved in the various communities where their offices are located and many of their employees volunteer in community activities.

Cons

Supervisors are not always alert to underlying causes of job performance. I think this is true of many companies.
