Pros

The family-centric, flexible work environment! The team is very close and makes it a great place to go into work every day. The company has various perks like gym memberships, healthcare, 401k, PTO, etc. I LOVE my commissions!

Contract Work for Duke Energy through BCS

Pros

Had a great experience while contracting through Business control systems. Awesome with interview prep and tips which helped me get my position with Duke Energy. Was in close contact with Tim Pugh and Kelly Caldwell whom were friendly, professional, great support and extremely prompt via communication between BCS and myself. Great team - highly recommended!

Cons

I really don't have anything negative to say about this company or its employees.
