Pros

Had a great experience while contracting through Business control systems. Awesome with interview prep and tips which helped me get my position with Duke Energy. Was in close contact with Tim Pugh and Kelly Caldwell whom were friendly, professional, great support and extremely prompt via communication between BCS and myself. Great team - highly recommended!

Cons

I really don't have anything negative to say about this company or its employees.

BCS always quickly resolved any issues I have had. They offer benefits and vacation pay, which is hard to find these days.

Kelley and Kayla have been instrumental in propelling me into a great career path. They have been very supportive and took the time to give me tips and advice before my interview. They understood my nervousness and gave me confidence to be prepared.
