-I know that the people I work with have my back and will do anything to help me, our clients and each other thrive. -Our culture breeds strength, passion and confidence -Easy fair wage conversations -Performance transparency -Executive leadership that you truly want to follow

Cons

-We sometimes may get tunnel-visioned and hyper-fixate on metrics that shouldn’t matter that much -Reorganizations need to be more thought out before implementing

Pros

Supportive, high energy cuture that promotes creativity, innovation and opportunity. Fantastic people that are more like a family than co-workers.

Cons

High energy sometimes means it can get really noisy. Some of the conference rooms aren't big enough to support our growth (good problem to have)!

The company has a lot of perks working for their ever changing fast growing company. There is business security in the form of hard work and dedication.

Cons

The company takes all career decisions personal and will not look at you once you leave the company as a possible rehire. They wear their emotions on their sleaves and won't give you a second chance.
