Pros
The company culture fosters personal growth and enables an exciting atmosphere. Plenty of unreal perks to reward extremely hard work. Fun people, my team are truly my extended family.
Cons
Hard to balance expected chaos with lack of structure. The "400 mile an hour train" that is a job at Businessolver isn't the right fit for many. If brought on, you are chosen in part for personality and talent but also for recognized work ethic. If not managed properly, a work/life balance can quickly become impossible.
