Remote work, flexible schedules, great culture, amazing employees, a lot of charity work

Cons

When you’re in, you’re in. When you’re not, you’re not. Those who know, know. Employees with long tenure kept based on tenure, not work ability

Pros

Great work life balance for everyday work. Healthy profit margins. Pragmatic CFO.

Cons

Very ideological related to non-business environments. Unapologetically woke. Do not work here if you are a hard right winger. Otherwise OK if you can drink some Kool Aid in moderation. Take what management tells you with a gross pinch of salt. It’s not deliberate, it’s just a very fluid organization. Do not take it personally.
