Pros

Some of the people were truly wonderful to work with.

Cons

They changed their minds about what position I would be in AFTER the job offer for a different position was already accepted. They assess you to death to find out what you're like as a person and make the best fit for THEM, but spend zero effort making sure you fit for the job based on your characteristics and strengths. They have some of the worst middle managers I've ever experienced and you really don't want to express your own individuality or opinion, or you will be severely punished. I realized after a month that I had made a terrible mistake and managed to escape at the 9 month mark. I DO NOT under any circumstances recommend working for Businessolver.

Pros

It’s a new company that is ever growing and changing. So you need to come into this opportunity with that expectation. The expectation to be part of the change and not complain about the changes that are not happening fast enough if that what your used to. It’s fast, it’s new and we are growing so quickly but that is what makes the journey what it is. Exciting!

Cons

The struggle comes in along with the PRO. We are growing and changing so quickly and sometimes things happen overnight. You have to be able to switch gears rather quickly some times. If you’re used to documentation and cookie cutter environment. This is not the place for you.
