Pros
The people. Every single person I work with at Businessolver CARES and wants to do their absolute best for their peers and for their clients. I'm so impressed by the level of commitment my colleagues have toward what they do and why it matters. I've never felt that type of commitment anywhere else I have worked and it's the reason I have stuck around here for so long.
Cons
It's fast, it can be hectic and there will be good days and bad days. If you want a job where you can sit back and go unnoticed and do the bare minimum, this is not the fit for you. You will be asked to step up, you will sometimes struggle to maintain balance in priorities, but if you lean on those around you, it's 100% worth it.
