      Remote work, Regular check-ins with leaders, Open communication, Flexibility (when needed), Team members who are always willing to provide support, Execs make a real effort to be empathetic to employee needs, Great product, Opportunities for Advancement

      Very fast-paced environment is not for everyone, Clients can be very demanding at times, Very stressful if supporting multiple implementations and during the busy open enrollment season
