Overall, great people to work with

Cons

Career development and growth is limited within client operations. Unfortunately, leadership appoints someone deserving to lead the team but tend to not compensate appropriately or in a timely manner (leadership title/pay raises). Would recommend to others but would make sure they know what to expect from the company.
