Pros

People, culture, opportunity. Their are new people entering the company on a regular basis and they come from various backgrounds which is nice to learn from. The culture is attractive and fun to share with others.

Cons

Work-life balance, stress level, emotions. It is not uncommon to see people crying due to feeling overwhelmed about their workload. Working with clients can be stressful when you don't have the answers and all of the responsibility ultimately lies with you.

Company is well positioned to handle continued growth and changing landscape of employee benefits. Company is committed to high quality work and challenges you to be your best everyday. Senior managment leads by example and is 100% committed to the employees and clients of Businessolver. A lot of new and exciting career opportunities for those who are looking to expand their skill set. Sales opportunity is fantastic. Uncapped commission plan and in a rapidly growing industry. Intimate sales force with a commitment to ongoing training and development.

Cons

Not looking to sell to every client in the market. There is a select client-criteria that Businessolver focuses on and they don't deviate. Name recognition. Highly accountable to drive results.

Pros

Amazing place to work for! They treat their employees like people and respect every one of them. Their motto is quality over quantity. From call center employees to managers, everyone is treated with the respect they deserve and it makes you WANT to work harder just to stay there. The perks of the job are better than any others I've ever had as well. Catering, fully stocked kitchen, free soda, free coffee, free fruit and cereal and granola bars and chips... BEST. COMPANY. EVER.

Cons

Not really too many down sides. They need more employees so not quite so much work is on each person and things could get done a little more quickly. They're currently working on that though!
