Good culture, great leadership at the managerial positions who do care.

Cons

Pay is lower than the industry average. They dont allow much traveling or expenses for an outside sales role as they prefer everything be done remote and at home with no budget

Very family and employee friendly. Leadership goes above and beyond to make everyone happy and successful. Health benefits are great. Lots of continued education opportunities.
