Culture, people! Businessolver has a very intentional culture of inclusion woven into the fabric of the organization. The people are talented, encouraging and passionate.

Cons

During annual enrollment, the hours get long and it is stressful. But atill, the culture is suppotive and the people pull together to get it done!

They have a great company initiative for inclusion, and you do get the work from home ability.

Cons

They speak about "trust through transparency", but use items against you after you open up about certain things.

Cons

Salary and career growth opportunities continue to be a bit of a con, unfortunately. Benefits offered for a benefits technology company are disappointing.
