I have been with Businessolver for several years. I have held several positions in the company and have been very happy here. I have grown a lot in my career and Businessolver has supported me every step of the way.

Cons

This is not a workplace where you can just sit back and collect a paycheck. You need to get on board with striving to be the best in the industry, or go find a job with one of our competitors.

The people are amazing and smart. Innovation is encouraged and received. Onsite fitness facility with a trainer on staff (who is great). Free healthy snack options and catered meals throughout the week. Businessolver welcomes change and knows when it's time to pivot. A lot of companies get stuck in their old ways because of fear or cost but as a growing company, Businessolver has learned how to adapt and deliver. Businessolver invests in not only the technology but the people by providing opportunities for training and higher education. People are not resources and you feel that at Businessolver.

Cons

There are 2 district opinions about Businessolver on this site and like most, the truth is somewhere in the middle. No employer is perfect, you just need to find a company that's the best match for your life right now. If you like a strict corporate life, Businessolver probably isn't for you. If you can't separate work life from personal life, you may get burnt out. My personal cons for the company are my own, others won't have my same experience which is why I kept it at general advice.
