Pros

Supportive, high energy cuture that promotes creativity, innovation and opportunity. Fantastic people that are more like a family than co-workers.

Cons

High energy sometimes means it can get really noisy. Some of the conference rooms aren't big enough to support our growth (good problem to have)!

Pros

The culture and access to executives is amazing! I cannot believe how much I have grown professionally and personally. Not only are you surrounded by the best in the industry that want to drive change and innovation, but you have direct access to them! Coming from a big company I know what it's like to feel stifled and coming to Businessolver was a complete 180. Very happy to be part of such an exciting and innovative company during an exciting time in Benefits Administration!

Cons

Constant growth and change - I actually feel this is a a pro, but for those that aren't ready to jump into a fast paced company that will challenge you to be better every day, Businessolver might not be the best place for you.

Pros

Businessolver is such a great place to work. While the interview process is excruciating, it is all for a reason and once you've been hired, you'll realize why. They really invest a lot of time and energy into each employee. The environment has it's moments of stress, but what job doesn't and the people are so supportive. There is lots of help available, you just have to ask and be honest about your stress levels. It is also a lot of fun to work here - there's always some sort of activity going on which gives so many opportunities to meet the other employees.

Cons

I don't really have any cons to list.
