      Pros

      The people there seem nice.

      Cons

      You have to use your own computer, but they make you sign a form saying that you agree to let them wipe your device back to factory settings - without the expectation of any personal items remaining - if they deem necessary.

      People that really is it great coworkers

      Cons

      The company has gotten to big for their britches... over promising and under delivering to clients ... I honestly have no idea how companies put up with it. Annual Enrollment files still in testing when they were due to be approved in December for an example ... excuse driven, no accountability, and management is questionable ... many times people move up because of who they know not their knowledge or experience and lack leadership skills
