High Turnover

Pros

Great people work at and have worked at Businessolver. The office is nice, there are lots of nice snacks and free food. The pros stop there.

Cons

High turnover is due to poor compensation program, lack of training, no long-term employees to coach and train new employee and poor leadership. Leadership does know all the latest professional buzzwords and will toss them around freely, however, there is no substance. They love to tout free food, kegs, alcohol and lots of snacks to lure unsuspecting people in the doors but the fun stops after orientation. Take a job at Businessolver if you are desperate and need to feed your family while you look for other employment. The "creative chaos" takes over after orientation and is a favorite term used by leadership to make it appear that Businessolver has a unique, progressive work environment where your ideas will be welcomed. Don't be fooled - it's just chaos. Many professionals, who are experts in their field, have left because they are not allowed to use their skills and expertise to advance Businessolver. There have been several professionals (with homes, families and long, successful previous careers) who have quit with no job lined up because they could no longer handle the disorganization, poor treatment of staff, lack of raises or bonus and chaos. There is constant reorganization and moving of desks (I changed desks 8 or 9 times (maybe more - you lose count) in 3 years) under the guise of growth, process improvement and realigning of teams which just adds to the chaos and disorganization. The recent barrage of "empathy in the workplace" comments touted by Businessolver executives on LinkedIn and other social media is laughable. There is no empathy. If there was empathy the turnover would not be so high and you wouldn't see all these negative reviews. Trust the reviews - this place is a disorganized mess, with a revolving door.

While I appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback, these claims are simply false. Although we wholeheartedly agree we have great people who work at BSC, your unfounded comments are disrespectful to all BSC employees who work hard every day to delight our clients.

Thank you for your feedback! We are working with our Wellness & Fitness Director to ensure we have healthy choices for our food offerings. Our new, state-of-the-art kitchen will be functional soon and I think you'll be pleased with the changes we are making in 2017 as a result. Thanks again for your suggestions.

Sales - Read your contract

Pros

Great group of people who are hard working and dedicated to their team members and company. Anyone here would literally do anything to support you and try to help you be successful.

Cons

Signing a compensation contract should be the first red flag, signing multiple contracts with addendum's is the second red flag. I even had an attorney review it and stated it was so confusing. Your commission is 100% bound to several variables that you have absolutely no control or visibility over and once all of the variables have been met you will still have to fight to get paid. Therefore once you close a deal it could easily take a year or more to get paid.
