Laid Back Culture w/ Little to No Training

FULL REMOTE, laid back culture, get your work done as you're able to - as long as you're still meeting deadlines and meetings, very flexible

Cons

Little to no training as employee - you have to "be a seeker" which means go figure things out on your own often times and develop your own network / resources internally; there seems to be little to no training for the management team also on how to handle tricky situations, company policies, procedures; internal communication is also lacking; internal movement can be incredibly difficult; wages are below industry standards and the ability to bonus is an absolute JOKE

Pros

Great work life balance for everyday work. Healthy profit margins. Pragmatic CFO.

Cons

Very ideological related to non-business environments. Unapologetically woke. Do not work here if you are a hard right winger. Otherwise OK if you can drink some Kool Aid in moderation. Take what management tells you with a gross pinch of salt. It’s not deliberate, it’s just a very fluid organization. Do not take it personally.

Cons

I have worked here for 2 years and just got my degree, my leader has put me through endless loops of lying to me about moving up just for it to “fall through” at the end. Also you can not move positions for half of the year.
